Sorry for not updating recently! I was kinda lazy. hahaha. So updates now. :D
Saturday
Woke up early to rush down to suntec for Connect '09 but there was a delay in the morning! My sister kept asking me to wait and I told her to get ready by 8 but she extended till 8.30. -.- Then, reached white sands and walked into the MRT. Guess what, I saw B.Muk and G.John! :DDD Took MRT together and reached the Rock in time to see people going in for the event. I, too, went in to find Alvin cause no one was there yet and he was alone. :O Went for service awhile, went down to get food and back. Later on, during the service, a group of us headed out towards the arcade to play and 45mins later, Coach Tammy Tam Tam came out and asked us to go in! So scary la omgggg. hahahaha. I stayed there a little longer and went back in just in time for worship. It was awesome even though it was only the piano playing. (: After that, supposed to go lunch and then to the workshop. However, Alvin, Ethan, Javis, Wanru, Amanda, Andrew and I decided to skip those and go down to Bugis as Alvin needed to shop for clothes. Bought the clothes, MRT-ed down to CityHall to play one game of Dota and then headed back to Suntec for the main service, P&W WAS GREAT! After that, went to Crystal Jade to eat(HIGH CLASS OKAYYYY) had a lot of fun and then took the MRT home. Great day, although I feel guilty about skipping most of the connect to have my own fun. ):
Sunday
Went down to suntec alone as my parents was going to go late. Didn't really eat during lunch though, went to buy macs' ice cream and sarpino's instead. Went back up to see people play the arcade, the usual people for Sundays and what we usually do. Nothing special, not until it came to service. Worship was lead by Darlene Zschech and the Hillsong team! :DDD Omg, P&W was so freaking awesome to the point that the youths were running up front for it! IN MAIN SERVICE! The songs were good, very good. (: I think that was the best P&W for the main service since I started going at P5. hahaha. The message was awesome as well, I hope it'd speak to the people close to me who are in a dilemma right now. The way to lose weight or to gain weight is not to diet and not to eat more but to put your faith in the Lord. That goes for smoking too. The way to quit is to put your faith in the Lord. I can't believe you actually did it today. After service, went back for 4th for P&W and then went out to meet YY and the rest and headed down to his house for Bball, it was very fun! :D After Bball, went down to Potong Pasir to eat chicken rice and fried rice, which I shared with hungry Javis and hungry YY. MRT-ed to SengKang with vinvin and bus-ed home. (:
Monday
YESSSSS, CAN WAKE UP LATE ALR! :D Today's the first day of the Sept Hols! :D Supposed to call people to study today but Jolene and Amanda couldn't make it. ): Used the computer till Lester arrived and started studying for math. When we were done, he suggested that we go out, TO SMOKE! But he's already quitting. :D It's his last pack and once he smokes it all, he's not gonna take anymore, he promised me. (: Went to sit at the bench of the playground and he still had 10 sticks left. The temptation was great, but thank God I managed to resist. Played around and broke a lot of sticks till there was only 3. :O He didn't really care cause, well, he's gonna stop anyway. (: He kept saying to himself, "Come on Lester, just crush the whole pack, get it over and done with." and that kept me laughing for 5minutes. HAHAHA. Went to 7-11, packed up and sent him off. He passed his pack to me and I took it, it's still with me and I'm wondering what to do with it. HAHA. But I'll definitely not touch it. Okay, after he left, watched finish my Avatar season till 12.30am and went to sleep. (:
Although things cropped up at home, I hope you'd feel alright. I'm not used to you being that way, cheer up! (: Joyboy's here if you need some Joy. heh~!
